We have a wide variety of treasure hunt themes available to choose from so you can do this activity multiple times with a different theme every time.
Break Out Rooms
Teams will be preassigned and put into individual team breakout rooms where they can discuss and delegate tasks.
The Winning Team
The winning team is the one that reaches the end, or the treasure, first! The lead facilitator will be keeping score of finish times of each team and announce the winning team during the event de-brief.
Challenges
In each location, teams will be tasked with a variety of challenges and fact finding missions to complete in order to move on in the race. Each challenge will be under a time limit.

Virtual Treasure Hunt
Description
Online treasure hunt participants are put into teams in a breakout room together. Using our custom web apps, virtual reality and conferencing software tools, teams will be faced with a compelling journey tracking down an item, person or solution by unravelling a series of puzzles to be the first team to the treasure.
Packages
We offer 3 online treasure hunt package options with different inclusions and rates to best match your budget and requirements.
- Bronze – Up to 1.5 hours with 1 facilitator per 40 pax
- Silver – Up to 3 hours with 1 facilitator per 20 pax
- Gold – Up to 4 hours with 1 facilitator per 10 pax
Virtual Treasure Hunt Logistics
Teams
Maximum group size is 1000. For large groups we can host multiple sessions at the same time.
Smaller teams of up to 10 are then created and depending on the overall group size either remain in the main room or put in virtual breakout rooms with a maximum of 50 rooms per event.
Location & Duration
This online amazing race is conducted through either Zoom or MS Teams.
Activity duration can be customized between 1 to 4 hours Zoom or MS Teams links will be sent upon confirmation
Scoring
Scoring and/or timing of each team is tracked througout the activity until the end. Final scoring is done during the event debrief and the fastest team or with the most points is the winner.
Additional scoring criteria and awards can be added if needed.
Briefing
Briefing takes place in the main room and includes some basic instructions on how to use the conference software.
The de-brief takes again place in the main room where the top three teams will be announced.
Briefing and de-brief usually take around 5-10 minutes each but can be extended upon request for more in-depth analysis of team performance or extended awarding ceremonies.
Event Schedule
08.50 am – Virtual conference room open
09.00 am – Introduction and logistics
09.05 am – Ice breaking activities
09.15 am – Main activity briefing
09.20 am – Open breakout rooms (if applicable) and start main activity
10.50 am – Finished teams reconvene in the main room
10.50 am – Event de-brief and awarding ceremony
11.00 am – End of the program

We have a wide variety of puzzles in every treasure hunt to suit different players, for example language, numbers, codes, logic and shapes.
This fosters teamwork by focusing on strengths and weaknesses of different team members and of course keeps the game interesting!

Difficulty
We have different levels of difficulty for our online treasure hunts from 1 to 10.
Currently Marco Polo is the easiest (5/10) and Soy Hunt is the most difficult (7/10).

How Long Is A Virtual Scavenger Hunt?
It depends on the package you choose. Our 3 virtual treasure hunt packages and the duration of each are as follows:
Bronze – Up to 1.5 hours
Silver – Up to 3 hours
Gold – Up to 4 hours
What Is A Digital Treasure Hunt?
It is similar to a physical treasure hunt where players are given different challenges and missions to clear in order to unlock clues that guide them to reach the treasure first, but the only difference is that the experience is online.
